ALLAH SWT loves the quest of any person asking Him for anything & as a matter of fact HE SWT grants this will to pray , to bow, to prostrate ; only to those whom He wants to hear & only to those whom He wants to bestow ! 

In Islam , believe is the first & foremost ingredient & a fuel for the muslim for his / her Dua.

There may be people who are successful but not humble but there are some Bill Gates who believe in humility.
